Cape Coast Villas is a premium vacation rental marketplace that connects guests seeking luxury villa accommodation with hosts who own or manage these properties.
Cape Coast Villas:

• Does not own, manage, or operate any listed villas.

• Acts solely as a facilitator between hosts and guests.

• Does not control property conditions, availability, pricing, or host policies.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that all bookings, agreements, policies, and terms relating to each villa are set by the individual host.

2. User Eligibility

To use Cape Coast Villas, you must:

• Be 18 years or older or the age of legal majority in your country.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Cape Coast Villas reserves the right to verify user identity where necessary.

3. Host Responsibilities

By listing a property on Cape Coast Villas, hosts agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and availability.

• Ensure compliance with all local laws, zoning regulations, safety requirements, and licensing obligations.

• Maintain properties to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and luxury.

• Clearly state house rules, check-in policies, and refund conditions.

• Communicate with guests professionally and respond in a timely manner.

• Ensure that advertised amenities and services are available as listed.

Cape Coast Villas is not responsible for inaccuracies in host listings.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests who book through Cape Coast Villas agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details and personal information.

• Respect and follow all house rules set by the host.

• Maintain the property in good condition and leave it as found.

• Immediately report damages, issues, or safety concerns to the host.

• Accept financial responsibility for any damages caused during the stay.

• Comply with local laws and refrain from illegal activity on the premises.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in additional charges, cancellation, or legal action.

5. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be completed in full before a booking can be confirmed.

• Prices, fees, and deposit requirements are set by the host.

• Cape Coast Villas may charge service fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

• Hosts may have additional charges for cleaning, breakages, late check-out, or extra services.

• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

Cape Coast Villas does not store payment card details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund eligibility are based solely on the host’s refund policy, displayed on the property listing.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable, especially discounted rates.

• Guests may receive a full, partial, or no refund depending on the host’s terms.

• Cape Coast Villas may mediate disputes but does not guarantee outcomes.

If a host cancels a reservation:

• Guests receive a full refund, including service fees.

• Cape Coast Villas may assist with alternative accommodations, subject to availability.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Cape Coast Villas to:

• Provide false or misleading information.

• Engage in fraud, abuse, discrimination, or harassment.

• Violate property rules, disturb neighbors, or conduct illegal activities.

• Upload harmful content, spam, or malicious software.

• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or conduct off-platform transactions.

Cape Coast Villas may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cape Coast Villas is not liable for:

• The condition, cleanliness, safety, or legality of any villa.

• Damages, injuries, losses, or incidents occurring during your stay.

• Host behavior, cancellations, inaccuracies, or service failures.

• Guest behavior or actions that cause harm or financial loss.

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our platform acts solely as a listing and booking facilitator. All liability related to the property rests with the host.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Cape Coast Villas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating these Terms

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

• Abuse or harassment

• Repeated complaints from hosts or guests

• Chargeback disputes or payment fraud

Terminated users may be permanently restricted from using the platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the platform is governed by the Cape Coast Villas Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, processed, and protected.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

Cape Coast Villas may update or modify these Terms at any time.
